How can I tell if my order is finalised and placed correctly?

If the pledge's stage is "Placed" or "Preparing for Shipping" and payment status is "Paid", you're all set! 


Note - stage status "Pledged" only means you backed the campaign, but didn't finalise your order to receive the rewards for backing the campaign. We will most likely reopen the PM in the future, but it's too early for any confirmed details. 

If you have more questions or would like to receive a refund for the funds, please create a new ticket with our Customer Support.
