I'm missing Black Goat of the Moors/ There's an empty slot in my Core Box

It's always best to check first if the Goat isn't inside the core box - it has a dedicated spot there, just beside the Waystone Models:

If it's missing from there (or you don't want to unpack the box) please reach out to our Support and provide a photo of the SKU code from your shipping box/Core Box (it should be on a small sticker with a QR code) to check what happened :)

You might also not be eligible for the freebie, so please check if the free add-on is a part of your pledge. There were a few conditions to receive the freebie. If you are not eligible or haven't chosen it as a separate add-on, the empty spot will have to remain this way as it was designed for storing the goat.
