It's always best to always check first if the Valkyrie isn't inside the core box - it has a dedicated spot there.
If it's missing from there (or you don't want to unpack the box) please reach out to our Support and provide a photo of the SKU code from your shipping box/Core Box (it should be on a small sticker with a QR code) to check what happened :)
You might also not be eligible for the freebie, so please check if the free add-on is a part of your pledge. There were a few conditions to receive the freebie. We described them fully in one of our entries the LoR FAQ :) Here is a handy screenshot:
