What shipment method will be used to send parcels to "Rest of World" locations?

Shipment to the Rest of World locations is by default handled by courier shipment (mainly FedEx), but with some locations, mainly due to the limitations of courier shipment availability, there are other methods utilized;

NOTE: Please keep in mind it's a currently estimated plan; in the time between now and when the shipments will be processed, other options available to some locations may appear or current ones may not be available;
