Usually, after the shipment data is processed and the shipment label generated (what generates also a tracking number for you), the parcels may not be claimed by the courier further on, what may result in the few days of the tracking showing "idleness" of the parcel, indicating that it's not moved further on or departed the warehouse. This situation, while being a bit confusing, is something that is usual for the bigger shipment batches - not all parcels are claimed by the courier shortly after their labels are generated, what result in the situation like this. If the tracking does not move in about a week, please contact us.
